The homeowner is a graphic designer.<\/p>

For them, we envisioned this home not merely as a container for living, but as a canvas for life itself.<\/p>

As a sanctuary for a professional creator, we utilized expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to invite natural light and intentionally preserved significant negative space.\u00a0<\/p>

The blank walls allow the designer to rotate their works according to different creative phases, ensuring the space remains a background that highlights the owner’s life trajectory.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u6574\u9ad4\u8a2d\u8a08\u9075\u5faa\u65e5\u7cfb\u7f8e\u5b78\u7684\u514b\u5236\u8207\u7d30\u81a9\uff0c\u4ee5\u7070\u767d\u8272\u7a7a\u9593\u70ba\u4e3b\u8abf\uff0c\u69cb\u7bc9\u51fa\u5982\u7f8e\u8853\u9928\u822c\u7684\u767d\u8272\u80cc\u666f\u3002<\/p>

\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u9019\u5ea7\u5c45\u6240\u5b9a\u7fa9\u70ba\u4e00\u5f35\u300c\u7559\u767d\u756b\u5e03\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u523b\u610f\u7684\u7559\u767d\uff0c\u5c31\u4ea4\u7d66\u5c4b\u4e3b\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u9ede\u6ef4\u8207\u5275\u610f\u4f5c\u54c1\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u9019\u5f35\u756b\u5e03\u4e0a\u6700\u9bae\u660e\u7684\u8272\u5f69\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9910\u684c\u4e32\u806f\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u6210\u4e86\u672c\u6848\u6700\u5177\u6eab\u5ea6\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u8a9e\u5f59\u3002\u5927\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7684\u5be6\u6728\u5bb6\u5177\u8207\u6eab\u6f64\u7684\u6728\u8cea\u9577\u51f3\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u63d0\u4f9b\u7528\u9910\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u5c4b\u4e3b\u8207\u611b\u72ac\u4e92\u52d5\u3001\u95b1\u8b80\u751a\u81f3\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u6703\u8b70\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u5be6\u6728\u7684\u89f8\u611f\u5e73\u8861\u4e86\u7070\u767d\u8272\u8abf\u7684\u6e05\u51b7\uff0c\u8b93\u5c45\u5bb6\u6c1b\u570d\u5728\u6975\u7c21\u4e4b\u4e2d\u4ecd\u4fdd\u6709\u6eab\u5ea6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u70ba\u4e86\u7dad\u8b77\u756b\u5e03\u822c\u7684\u8996\u89ba\u5e73\u6574\uff0c\u5eda\u623f\u63a1\u7528\u4e86\u7121\u540a\u6ac3\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u79fb\u9664\u8996\u7dda\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u8ca0\u64d4\uff0c\u8b93\u7a7a\u9593\u611f\u5411\u4e0a\u5ef6\u4f38\u3002<\/p>

\u5ba2\u5ef3\u5340\u5247\u898f\u5283\u4e86\u96b1\u85cf\u5f0f\u7684\u96fb\u8996\u96fb\u5668\u6ac3\u6536\u7d0d\uff0c\u5e73\u6574\u7684\u7246\u7247\u5c07\u6240\u6709\u96f6\u788e\u7dda\u6750\u8207\u751f\u6d3b\u96dc\u7269\u6089\u6578\u96b1\u85cf\uff0c\u5b8c\u7f8e\u878d\u5165\u7246\u9762\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Guided by the restraint and delicacy of Japanese aesthetics, the overall design adopts a grey-and-white palette, creating a backdrop with the refined essence of an art gallery.\u00a0<\/p>

We define this residence as a “Serene Canvas”; the intentional negative space is left to the homeowner\u2019s daily moments and creative works, allowing them to become the most vivid colors upon it.<\/p>


The dining table, which links life together, serves as the most soulful design language of this project. Large-scale solid wood furniture and a warm wooden bench provide a functional dining area while acting as a hub for reading, informal meetings, and interaction with the resident Shiba Inu. The tactile warmth of the wood balances the coolness of the grey and white tones, ensuring that the minimalist atmosphere remains inviting.<\/p>


To maintain the seamless visual integrity of the canvas, the kitchen features a no-overhead-cabinet design, removing visual weight at eye level to let the sense of space extend upward.<\/p>

\u00a0In the living area, hidden storage for the TV and appliances was implemented; flush wall panels conceal all cluttered cables and miscellaneous items, integrating them perfectly into the clean walls.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u8b93\u8996\u89ba\u8207\u5149\u7dda\u5f97\u4ee5\u81ea\u7531\u6d41\u52d5\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u4e86\u6574\u9ad4\u7684\u5ef6\u4f38\u6027\u8207\u547c\u5438\u611f\u3002

The spatial configuration focuses on breaking boundaries, defining the studio space as the heart of the home rather than an isolated room.\u00a0<\/p>

By using transparent glass sliding doors as partitions, we constructed a glass house with high visual permeability.\u00a0<\/p>

This design allows light and sightlines to flow freely, ensuring a sense of architectural extension and breathability.\u00a0<\/p>

Through the transparent vistas of the glass studio, even when the owner works from home all day, they remain visually connected to the common areas\u2014capturing the rhythmic daily life and the soft light filtering through the living room’s sheer curtains. This openness dissolves the cramped, stagnant feeling often associated with long hours of work.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u8003\u616e\u5230\u5bf5\u7269\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\uff0c\u5730\u9762\u9078\u7528\u6613\u6e05\u6f54\u7684\u78c1\u78da\uff0c\u5bb6\u5177\u5247\u591a\u63a1\u5713\u6f64\u7684\u5be6\u6728\u6536\u908a\uff0c\u8b93\u611b\u72ac\u80fd\u96a8\u610f\u5728\u5ba2\u5ef3\u8207\u9910\u684c\u4e0b\u7a7f\u68ad\u4f11\u61a9\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u4eba\u5bf5\u548c\u8ae7\u5171\u751f\u7684\u9858\u666f\u3002<\/p>

\u300c\u6975\u7c21\u300d\u662f\u7cbe\u78ba\u5730\u4fdd\u7559\u5fc5\u8981\u3002\u900f\u904e\u65e5\u7cfb\u7f8e\u5b78\u7684\u8f49\u8b6f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u9019\u9593\u516c\u5bd3\u5316\u8eab\u70ba\u4e00\u5ea7\u5145\u6eff\u547c\u5438\u611f\u7684\u5b85\u90b8\u3002\u5728\u5e73\u975c\u7684\u6c1b\u570d\u4e2d\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u5834\u6c38\u4e0d\u843d\u5e55\u7684\u5c55\u89bd\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u9019\u5f35\u300c\u7559\u767d\u756b\u5e03\u300d\u4e0a\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u5929\u90fd\u662f\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u5275\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The other protagonist of this project is a lively Shiba Inu.\u00a0<\/p>

Considering the convenience and comfort of pet life, we selected easy-to-clean tiles for the flooring. Furniture was chosen with rounded solid wood finishes, allowing the dog to roam and rest freely beneath the tables and throughout the living room, achieving a vision of harmonious coexistence between humans and pets.<\/p>


Minimalism is the precise preservation of what is essential. Through the translation of Japanese aesthetics, we have transformed this apartment into a residence full of breath.
